Results to enjoy : 
- Strengthens the little muscles that are laced within the spine  
- Core brace the center to protect your lower back 
- Strengthens the upper back by lifting against the downward pressure of gravity 
- Actively decompress the spine (decompression provides that “stretched out” feeling) 
Notice the contrast in movement from reps 1 + 2 vs. reps 3 + 4.
In reps 3 + 4, I’m using my lower back. This is the exact mistake that actually leads to 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 back pain + pinching. No Bueno!
Reflection : Bigger isn’t always better. And small movements can yield big rewards…in both your posture and your life!
