I first started working with Paige because I have a severe lower back injury.

She helped me out by slowly addressing the injury, then by strengthening the parts of my body that had never really been used. She is attentive yet challenging.

Since practicing with Paige 2x a week, my back injury has yet to recur, and my posture has immensely improved.

I’ve been a professional dancer for years. Due to my background, when I took Pilates in a group setting, the instructor would never give me corrections because it looked as if I was doing the exercises properly. This is because my dance training had taught me how to mimic others’ movement.

Pilates with Paige has been amazingly successful at reversing the aches and pains I felt from sitting all day. I also had recurring neck and shoulder pain, and Paige has managed to almost completely eliminate this for me.

It is always such a pleasure to work with Paige. She is warm and funny and adapts and advances my workouts according to what my body needs. As long as I work out with Paige 2-3 times a week, my body is not only pain free, but feels strong, flexible, and healthy. I definitely plan to do Pilates for the rest of my life!
