Ok so remember a few weeks back I asked you for your feedback on how to thrive through the holidays? Well...the results are in...

“Intuitive eating” and “short workouts” for the win!

I’m sooooo excited to invite you to something I’ve been planning for a while now!

 It’s a 7 Day Challenge to help keep you on track for the Thanksgiving season.

SO…HERE’S HOW IT’S GOING TO WORK

For 7 days, I’ll be sharing your “challenge of the day”… right to your inbox. (If you’re not on the list, just pop your name into the green box below). ;-)

I’m so inspired to design + share new ways to stay active, sane, and really feel GOOD during this whole season. There’s no reason why we can’t all THRIVE + enjoy the holidays; but still get + keep awesome results!

We’ll be focusing on just 10 min per day…Eating with intention (tip provided), and one mindful movement practice…

Since we start Monday, there’s a few days to mentally prepare. If you want to join us, it gives you time to set a powerful intention for yourself…(I’ll be doing the same thing)! Share yours in the comments below to help pump us all up!
