MY #1 TOP RECOMMENDATION FOR AT-HOME TRAINING

So earlier this week I got asked,

“Paige, what’s the top tool you recommend or add into your at-home Pilates programs?”

I have a few things I KNOW work but my #1 TOP recommendation is the Pilates Suspension Method on the TRX. I actually create a custom Pilates routine with it and here’s why it get’s great results + who it can work for…

First of all, let’s just start with the fact that I LOVE the suspension exercises and using the TRX system to do Pilates.

The TRX system takes Pilates to a whole different dimension in terms of challenge + fun!

  • Provides “just enough support” so that balance is challenged without the fear of falling

  • Improves posture because scapular stability is required in all exercises

  • Body weight exercises + Extra stability needed to perform moves = Increased muscle strength

  • Super easy to set up! Just hook the strap into the anchor and you’re ready to workout!

  • Not an eyesore! It can be put away in under a minute

  • A home fitness item that your spouse will want to use too and …it’s durable enough for the kids to use as a swing!

 

A lot of my clients have chronic pain, or are working with a body that needs strength building…some are post surgery or have chronic issues that really make them “baby their bodies,” so they don’t injure themselves.

Others are super psyched to find a way to fine tune results, to get that strong sculpted lean look that comes from really building up lean muscle tissue.

The Pilates Suspension Method on the TRX is a fantastic way to train the body to build strength and endurance while supporting the weaker areas that need rehab.

Because it provides the perfect blend of support + a variety of increased challenges while you’re asked to execute high level, hard to perform exercises.

With a TRX focus I will strategically create flows that will keep you engaged and consistently challenged so you can sculpt your Wonder Woman physique!

  • Perfect if you’re self motivated but want a customized workout routine for home practice

  • Want to remove the confusion of what to do

  • Awesome way to actually see results over the holidays with just a 20 minute workout per day

  • Great if you are short on time and want to stay accountable — getting a head start on your 2022 body goals


6 WEEK ONLINE PROGRAM (WITH 1:1 WEEKLY COACHING)

TRX is integrated over 6 weeks with a focus on not only getting the same results as above but also helping your body MOVE and PROCESS stored emotional pain and “stuck” patterns, stories or trauma from injury, chronic pain and the stressors of daily life.

  • Perfect if you’re self motivated, but also want 1:1 coaching for even more support + accountability
